It is recommended for anyone between the heights of 5'7'' - 6'1'' (168cm - 185cm) Gym balls are also often referred to as a Swiss ball, and is also known by a number of different names, including balance ball, birth ball, body ball, fitness ball, gymnastic ball, physio ball, pilates ball, Pilates ball and stability ball. It is recommended for anyone between the heights of 5'7'' - 6'1'' (168cm - 185cm) Please note the height guidelines shown are only suggested recommendations.
